Where are you located?
We are located at 190 Sherwood Forest Square. We are right behind the Sherwood Forest Plaza which features a Beer Store, 24-hr McDonalds, TD Canada Trust, and other shops & restaurants.
Where are you relative to campus?
We are located west from the University of Western just off of Wonderland Rd N. We have easy access to bike trails and the bus route is just a few steps away and runs every 30 minutes to campus
Do you have an office?
Our office is located in our amenities building, the | junction, located at 190 Sherwood Forest Square, London. Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 519.200.9613 x 2. Our office is open 10am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 4pm Friday..
How is public transportation around your location?
the |w is steps from the bus stop on a route that gets you to campus in less than 20 minutes and runs every half hour. There is a direct shuttle to Western allowing you to get to your classes fast and efficiently.
Is there a shuttle to campus?
Yes! the | w offers an eight-minute ride to campus by the | w shuttle.
How much is rent?
Starting at $1025/month with all utilities and unlimited hi-speed internet inclusive package
What utilities are included in the rent?
Hydro (electricity), gas (heating), water, hi-speed internet (unlimited)
What are some of the amenities in your buildings?

What are some of the security features in your buildings?
Security is very important at the | w. There is secure entry to all building entrances, suites, bedrooms, and amenity spaces, along with amply security cameras around the premises.
How long is the lease?
We offer 3-year lease terms with the option to renew or terminate each year. The minimum lease term is 12 months. If you choose to stay beyond the 12 months, your rental rate will not increase over the 3-year period.
Do you allow lease takeovers or subletting?
Yes, you can sublet your room, in accordance with the lease. Please note, you are still the tenant and you are now acting like a “landlord” for your tenant. You still pay rent to the landlord and you are responsible for collecting rent from “your tenant”.
How am I able to view the suite before deciding?
You can make an appointment with one of our rental agents to tour our model suite or you can check out our Virtual Reality tour and our floor plans online to find the best suite suited for you and your group!

I am from out of town, how can I sign up?
We require a deposit to secure your suite. If you’re unable to sign up in person, please contact us & we’ll be happy to assist you. We have an over the phone option and an online option we can offer.
How much is parking?
Parking spots are $260/per term. To secure your parking spot we require payment for the term and your parking application. There are limited parking spaces so they will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Is there visitor parking? Do you need to register for guest parking?
Residents must register a visitor’s vehicle. You will need to submit your guest’s name, license plate number, car make, model and colour. Please also include the day(s) that parking is required.
Note: Submitting a visitor parking request does not guarantee that the request will be accepted. Requests granted according to availability. Please note residents cannot park in visitor parking.
Do you allow double occupancy?
the |w suites are designed for single occupancy per bedroom.
Is there in-suite laundry?
Each suite has its own washer and dryer for your convenience.
Do you allow pets?
the |w has a no pet-policy.
Where can I smoke?
Please remember that the |w is a non-smoking building, as per your lease and in regulation with the city by-laws. Smoking inside or within 5 meters of the building could result in a fine of $200 or more. There are designated smoking areas throughout the community.
Bike room storage
the|w offers a large indoor bike storage area in the lower level of the | junction.
Is there shopping / restaurants nearby?
the|w is conveniently located behind the Sherwood Forest Mall plaza. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres, Canada Post, Beer Store and more.
